Kim Lee is a seasoned investment and operating executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across global industrial enterprises.
He previously served as Head of the Industrials Sector at GIC Private Equity Group in Singapore, where he led the evaluation and execution of significant private equity investments across key industrial sectors, deploying substantial capital with disciplined investment judgment.
Prior to that, he was President, Asia Pacific at Eaton & Cooper Industries, driving regional strategy, operational performance, and growth initiatives. In this role, he led mergers and acquisitions, portfolio integration, and strategic expansion across the Asia Pacific region.
He also served as General Manager of GE Lighting China, with full P&L responsibility for China operations, overseeing strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Earlier, as Chief Financial Officer of GE Lighting Asia, he led financial strategy, performance management, and governance across multi-country operations.
He began his career at Ernst & Young, Singapore, building a strong foundation in financial discipline and advisory expertise.

Thomas brings more than 25 years of experience across the food supply, investment, and environmental services sectors in Asia.
He served for six years as a member and resource panellist under Singapore’s SPRING Start-up Enterprise Development Scheme (SPRING SEEDS), where he supported the evaluation and development of emerging enterprises.
Prior to that, he spent five years with the National Environment Agency (NEA), promoting high-value environmental services both domestically and internationally.
Over the course of his career, Thomas has built strong relationships with state agencies and farmers’ cooperatives across ASEAN. He has a proven track record in leading and executing complex cross-border, cross-cultural transactions, guiding diverse teams to deliver successful business outcomes.
